Reformation Convocation does not grant refunds but may make exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

What does the registration fee cover?

Accepted Answer

The registration fee covers every session of the conference, unless otherwise noted. All other expenses are to be covered by the attendee.

Which airport should I fly into?

Attendees should fly into Memphis International Airport (MEM).

Is childcare provided during the event?

Accepted Answer

Currently, childcare services are not provided. We encourage attendees to make individual arrangements to ensure they can fully participate in the conference experience. If your child attends a conference with you, a full-price ticket must be purchased.

Can registrations be canceled or transferred?

Accepted Answer

If you are needing to transfer a ticket to someone else, you may do so through the ticketing purchase platform, Eventbrite. Tickets are non-refundable.

Do I have to pre-register or can I buy tickets at the door?

Tickets will be available for purchase on-site, subject to availability. Kindly be aware that once all tickets are sold out, no additional entry will be permitted.
