Can I bring my child to the conference?

There will not be any childcare at the conference. If your child attends a conference with you, a full-price ticket must be purchased.

When does the event begin and end?

Reformation Conference begins Thursday, September 26th at 7:00 pm and ends Sunday, September 29th at 9:00 pm.

What is the cost of the RC 2024?

General Admission Tickets are $150, and VIP tickets are $229.

What does the registration fee cover?

The registration fee covers your admission to general and breakout sessions/tracks. Night services are free and open to the public. VIP Registration covers the gifts and amenities that you receive during the conference. Registrants are responsible for their own travel, boarding, and meals.

Which airport should I fly into?

Attendees should fly into Memphis International Airport (MEM).

Is there parking available at Reformation Memphis?

Yes, parking will be free and available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Do you offer valet parking?

Valet parking is unavailable.

Can I pay by check, bitcoin, cryptocurrency, Apple Pay, or money order?

Currently, our registration process is available online only to pay with a debit/credit card.

Can registrations be canceled or transferred?

If you are needing to transfer a ticket to someone else, you may do so through the ticketing purchase platform, Eventbrite. Tickets are non-refundable. If there are any issues with transfers, please contact us at info@reformationmemphis.org

Do I have to pre-register or can I buy tickets at the door?

Tickets will be available for purchase on-site, subject to availability. Kindly be aware that once all tickets are sold out, no additional entry will be permitted.

Are there day or session passes available?

No, your conference registration fee covers the entire conference experience.

When will I receive my ticket?

Your ticket will be available electronically upon purchase. It is needed for entry into the event.
