Plant trees with us! Help expand Lexington's urban forest and protect local waterways by planting native trees with other volunteers.

If you would like to be added to the waitlist for Reforest the Bluegrass, please email jmyatt@lexingtonky.gov with your preferred time slot and number of volunteers ages 6+.

Reforest the Bluegrass will look a bit different this year due to a smaller site, limited parking and to keep volunteers socially distant. <ul><li>Please sign yourself and your group up for a one-hour shift. </li><li>Volunteers will receive a t-shirt, tree-planting training and snacks.</li><li>All volunteers will need to sign a waiver on site or bring a signed waiver with them.<a href="https://drive.google.com/file/d/1mpU8fgNHKqhpnOeY2uOfRvI05tJtRmo_/view?usp=sharing" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"> Print your waiver in advance</a>. </li><ul><li>Volunteers who are under age 18 are required to have a waiver signed by a parent/guardian to participate. If you are coming without your parent/guardian, please bring a signed waiver with you! </li></ul>Have you participated in Reforest the Bluegrass before? Are you interested in being more involved?
