Reflections of a Lifetime Workshop (In Person)


A comforting, guided experience to help you honor the memory of a loved one through writing and reflection.

Join us in a peaceful, supportive setting where you’ll be gently guided through a series of heartfelt prompts designed to help you capture cherished memories, stories, and lessons about someone you’ve lost. Whether your grief is recent or you’re reflecting on a loved one from long ago, this workshop offers a meaningful space to remember, connect, and celebrate their life.

As part of the experience, you’ll have the opportunity to turn your reflections into a custom memory quilt—if you choose to create one—with your written memories surrounding a photo of your loved one.

📓 Keepsake writing journal
🧵 Optional 1:1 design consultation for a personalized memory quilt
