While tailored for participants in the IEA Center for Teaching and Learning Mentee Program, this session welcomes all educators in the early stages of their career who are eager to grow and set a strong foundation for the future.
Using the Danielson Framework for Teaching as a guide, participants will reflect on the current school year—identifying key successes, uncovering areas for growth, and engaging in thoughtful dialogue with peers.
