Refine Foundations is designed for professionals who take their health as seriously as their work. Whether you're managing tension from a busy schedule, recovering from injury, or simply want a deeper understanding of how your body moves. No experience with bodywork or movement training is required

What does the experience include?

Two hours combining a guided group movement session (covering joint mobility, muscle activation, myofascial release, and recovery techniques) with a dedicated private 1:1 bodywork session in a separate treatment room. You'll also receive a take-home resource workbook and a mobility routine.

Question 3

Why is it limited to 6 people?

We intentionally keep numbers small so every guest receives focused coaching during the group session and genuine 1:1 attention during their private bodywork, not a generic, one-size-fits-all experience.

Question 4

Do I need to prepare anything beforehand?

Yes, after booking, you'll receive an intake form to complete in advance. This means your practitioner already understands your history, goals, and any areas of concern before you arrive, so your private session can go straight to what matters.

Question 5

What should I wear?

Comfortable, breathable clothing you can move freely in (activewear works well). Something you'd wear to a light workout or stretch class.

Where is it hosted?

The Wellness Den at HEAL LA, a private wellness studio in Manhattan Beach (3201 N Sepulveda Blvd). The movement session takes place in the studio; you'll then move to a private room next door for your bodywork.

Sessions are led by Brittany Hoff and Grace Coler, co-founders of Refine, with over two decades of combined experience across clinical bodywork, kinesiology, Pilates, strength, and stretch therapy.
