This premier event, from September 8th to 11th, will take place at the Tradewinds - Island Grand Beach Resort and promises a blend of educational prowess and unparalleled networking opportunities for REDCap administrators worldwide.

The conference is being held September 8 - 11, at the TradeWinds Grand Island Resorts on St. Pete Beach, Florida. To book your discounted standard hotel room rate of $199 per night. ** Please note, the TradeWinds Resort may require a deposit for the first night when booking your hotel reservation. This is different from prior REDCapCon events. This deposit is refundable up until 5-days prior to the event.

When checking availability/booking your room on the reservation link, please remember to adjust the check-in/check-out dates to your desired arrival/departure. If it is showing unavailable, it could be because the hotel does not have availability on the pre/post dates. We recommend you call the hotel directly if you are unable to find your desired dates using the online booking tool. The number for hotel group reservations is 1-800-808-9833.

Also, please be aware that the group rate for Standard Hotel Rooms/Run of House is $199.00 and will show on your confirmation and folio broken down as (ex: Net Rate of $144.00 + Resort Fee of $55.00 totaling the room rate of $199.00) The same will be true when viewing rooms online (it will not include the $55 resort fee in the displayed room rate).
