About this event

Artist: WAR HIPPIES

Scooter Brown and Donnie Reis

War Hippies, the dynamic country duo Scooter Brown and Donnie Reis, stormed onto the music scene with their debut album, generating hits like "Make It Out Alive" and "The Hangman" while touring with Travis Tritt and Chris Janson. Millions of streams later, they’ve continued to tour and are set to release a much anticipated new album in 2024. Beyond music, they support fellow veterans and military families through advocacy work, fundraising, and help children secure access to musical instruments.

‘Make It Out Alive' by @warhippies is a powerful song that speaks directly to the devastating crisis of Veteran suicide, encouraging everyone, especially those who are fortunate enough to ‘make it out alive’, to live life for each day they're given.

“I wrote this song about a promise I made to God when I was in Iraq, that if I made it out alive, I was going to try to be the best man I could possibly be and one day the best father and husband,” says @ScooterBrownBand

“Our hope for this song is that it has a positive impact and makes a difference, provides hope and inspiration, and is a breath of fresh air for other veterans and the world at this moment in history,” @DonnieReis adds.

From the Keep On Working Acoustic Sessions, we present to you "Good Memories" by Cody Bolden.
