Red White & Blue Celebration Benefit

Leadership Redmond is a non-profit program designed to educate, enhance and develop leaders to participate in key decision-making positions within our community. These leadership opportunities include volunteerism, membership on community boards or government commissions and committees, and even elected positions within city, county or state government.

Leadership Redmond is not a typical “leadership” training course. It does not concentrate on traditional theory-based information on leadership, but rather provides participants with hands-on experience as well as access to leadership at work in the day-to-day policies and practices of our community throughout the entirety of the class. The focus of Leadership Redmond is on exposing potential leaders to the issues that are facing our community. Participants will meet with local current leaders and organizations to expand awareness and understanding of the unique issues and challenges facing the City of Redmond and the general region every day as well as learn about the inner workings of our local community.
