The Red Cap Run  is a family friendly 5k run/walk and 1 mile kids race to raise funds for local families in crisis.

This year the Road Runners are proud to be working with the Beers family and many community partners to put on another record breaking race in an effort to raise funds for a much needed surgery that will improve the quality of young Aiden's life.This 12th surgery is not covered by insurance but is the the best option for treating his significant scoliosis. The hope is to prevent his curve fom worsening while preserving what mobility and balance he has.Red Cap Run has a strong tradition of helping those who need it most. This year will be no exception. Working together as a community we can make the tough stuff a little more tolerable. Together we can light the way for one more family and make our remarkable community even stronger. Come share in the Red Cap Run, our day of running, love, and resilience.
