This course is designed to share strategies in both business and education to recruit and retain top talent. By providing an overview of the various (a) inputs and outputs, (b) processes and stages, (c) theories and practices needed to attract, develop, and engage not only a robust pipeline of talent, but also a combination of creative, strategic, rare and relevant candidates that are perfect additions to any team.

We will offer you an array of strategies to advertise and promote new positions. In addition, this seminar will share techniques to identify the best fit for various roles and departments. Taking inventory of your organizational objectives we help you build key communications and offer effective packages, programs, and supports for your employees to enhance their performance and satisfaction.

A perfect course for organizations or solo professionals who are interested in (a) crossing over into new industries, (b) attracting individuals with transferable skills, or (c) adding unique, new, or supplemental strategies to enhance the outcomes of your human resources departments.


Fee: $99 for one ticket, $175 for team of two; $300 for team of four. Must register in advance. The course is online; but if you are interested in a class that is onsite (in-person); let us know. We offer classes in-person as well.

About the Facilitator

The facilitator has a diverse background in business, education and international relations. She has experience working with and within corporations, universities, non-profits, start-ups, and faith based organizations. Her teaching encompasses multiple theories, best practices, cases studies, and sharing diverse constituents' perspectives.
