This mini-retreat is for over-scheduled, high-functioning women who belong to historically excluded communities. A place to be safe, feel connected, recharge and just be.
Wear your most comfortable garments and prepare for an afternoon of rest, connection, and recovery. Through dialogue, reflection, gentle movement and restful exploration, we will:
- Experiment with different practices for rest that meet your unique areas of fatigue and rebuild your energy reserves.
- Spend time exploring your unique way of just being and expand how you accept and love yourself.
- Move, breathe, and heal with a safe group of high-functioning people who share your lived experience.
