I truly believe that Sisterhood is shared, common experiences among women that supports understanding empathy and unity, not because we are related by blood or friends by choice but because of a mutual respect and admiration that we must have towards one another. Because of the simple fact that we are all survivors of something, true sisterhood can emerge. Therefore, as we navigate through life's obstacles and the difficulties we sometimes face, we know that we are victorious because we have grown to understand that our relationship can be strong and supportive to one another even if we don't know each another personally, or are not related to each other by blood, because the true essence of Sisterhood means taking a leadership role in respecting each other's story, knowing that we all have one and your story and my story are equally important!
