About Amalia Marie Lee
I have been teaching movement since 2003. My background runs the gamut from Pilates to CrossFit, vinyasa and yin yoga to triathlon, pelvic floor and core rehabilitation, functional and corrective exercise. I became certified as a holistic health practitioner and breath therapist in 2013. I integrate movement, breath and meditation modalities to identify and reimagine limiting beliefs, heal physical and emotional trauma, help women gain access to inner voice/intuition and therefore their highest potential.
I believe our connection to the lower energy centers, our womb and pelvic floor, and our womanhood, is the foundation for health, abundance, pleasure, safety, sovereignty and connection to source.
All that I teach is rooted in somatic, hormonal and nervous system awareness. I teach from the perspective that the body is the conduit for source/higher-self. Learning and teaching the language of the body is my passion.
