Recharge and Lead: Heart-Centered Tools to Help Leaders Move from Stress to Strength In Uncertain Times

Welcome to our online event where we will introduce leaders to Heartmath's essential tools to help us recharge at any time and navigate through uncertainty to clarity. Join us for a session of learning, growth, and rejuvenation as we delve into heart-centered techniques that spark us to lead effectively.

Our speaker, Ede Crittle, brings decades of experience working with community- and faith-based organizations to create healthier communities. She holds certificates in Nonprofit-Management and has studied with Heartmath since November 2024. Ede is ready to share tools and techniques with you during her Heartmath Certification Workshop. We hope you will attend and share feedback to help her continually strive to make the session invaluable for everyone.

Healthy Communities Coalition aims to bridge the gap between communities and research. Virtual and hybrid events convene researchers, community- and faith-based organizations to share, learn and plan together to sustain healthy communities. The Beyond the Gift Card Series includes conversations around four pillars: Research and Program Design, Research and Evaluation, Research and Data Use, Collection and Analysis, and Community-Driven Research.
