Join the Asian Bar Association of Washington (ABAW), Filipino Lawyers of Washington (FLOW), Korean American Bar Association of Washington (KABA), Seattle Chinese Bar Association (SCBA), South Asian Bar Association of Washington (SABAW), and Vietnamese American Bar Association of Washington (VABAW) as we celebrate AAPI Heritage Month together with this networking reception following our special panel.

Event: Celebrating AAPI Heritage Month: Reception following panel

Hosted Reception: Following the panel, heavy appetizers from Katsu Burger & Sushi and hosted beverages will be served beginning at 3:30pm. Vegetarian options available.

Reception-Only RSVP: This event is open to members ABAW, FLOW, KABA, SABAW, SCBA, and VABAW and our event sponsors. Due to venue capacity, an RSVP through this page is required to attend in-person. Registration is free of charge. If you register here, you are NOT registered for the panel portion of the event.

Does registering for this event allow me to attend the panel?

No. This registration only allows you to attend the reception beginning at 3:30 pm.

Will there be food and beverages?

At the reception beginning at 3:30 p.m., we will provide light bites, soft drinks, and beer and wine. This is not meal service.

I have dietary restrictions, can I be accommodated?

Vegetarian options will be available. Please contact the event organizers with any other dietary restrictions.

Is parking available?

The host organizations will not pay for or reimburse parking. Paid parking is available in the Puget Sound Plaza building where the WSBA Offices are located, in nearby buildings, and via street parking. We recommend alternative transportation.

What if registration is full?

Registration is required to attend in-person. Registration for a reception only ticket does not register you to attend the panel. Please only register for either the panel event or this registration, which is only for the reception.

What if I register and cannot attend?

If you register and are unable to attend, you may cancel your registration through Eventbrite or contact Jordan Wada at president@abaw.org to have your registration cancelled. Please do so as soon as you learn you are unable to attend, to open a spot for another attendee.

Is the event free?

Registration for this event is free of charge. However, you must register to attend.
