A Louisiana style reception and five course dinner served on the plaza* at the Hilton Harrisburg.  
Hotel and Restaurant Chefs collaborate to raise money for fellow hospitality employees affected by the recent floods.
Participants include Bricco, Cafe 1500, Cafe Fresco, Hilton Harrisburg, Home 231, Note Bistro and Wine Bar and Renaissance Allentown.
*Rain Location: Hilton banquet room.
