Rebirthing Breathwork/Sound Healing

Rebirthing Breathwork is an active breathing process that inspires access to your full potential for joy, aliveness, and peace in life. In Rebirthing Breathwork therapy, the breath is a highly transformational tool that supports:

learning how to free your physical and emotional body from traumatic or suppressed experiences such as unconscious birth memories.a movement away from victimhood and toward the ability to make independent choices in your life. the integration of previously inaccessible emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual energies.the release of any negative emotional charge from cellular memory an experience of clarity at a very core level.

Rebirthing Breathwork’s predominant characteristic is simplicity. It begins with you lying down, relaxing and just breathing. It uses an easy to follow breathing technique called ‘conscious connected circular breathing’ that is guided by a trained Breathwork facilitator.

The process of long and careful attention to the circular breath technique exposes multiple layers of inhibitions and unconscious patterns of defenses that have developed from birth and throughout your life that have blocked your pleasure and aliveness. You can neutralize and integrate whatever surfaces by simply breathing through it even as you maintain present awareness and know that you are safe.

Sound Healing is a powerful therapy that combines different healing sounds, music, and sound healing instruments to improve our multidimensional well-being by creating a beautiful experience where all layers of our luminous energy field (body, mind, soul, spirit) are awakened gently and lovingly.

Integral Sound Healing is highly effective at triggering our relaxation response, which counters the many symptoms caused by chronic stress while helping to balance our whole being.

About Me

Franceasca Seiden founded Sexual Alchemy Healing Arts aka SAHA in 2017. SAHA’s mission is to transmute Trauma into Power by harnessing our sexual energy/qi into creativity. Seiden workshopped SAHA which includes discussion, creative magick, and sound healing in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, Miami, and New York.

As a clairsentient and clairecognizant intuitive with mirrored neurons, she has the ability to know and feel what the physical and emotional blockages are rooted. She combines esoteric practices, such as tarot, meditation, magick, breathwork, vibrational
sound healing and somatic yoga to release stored toxic shame from antiquated pre-conditioned beliefs surrounding sexuality.

She became certified in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga in 2005, and is a lifelong student of the occult arts and sciences with ceremonial ritual practices Her first tarot deck was given to her at age eleven which she still uses along with oracle cards. She became certified in rebirthing breathwork as part of her 18 month residency program at Brahmananda Ashram in The Yoga Society of San Francisco and is currently studying NLP.

Franceasca offers, intuitive readings, breathwork, life coaching, and sound healings (booked a minimum day) in advance.
