"Learning to Hack Yourself: Balancing Mental Health and the Professional Expectations of Jobs in Tech" - by Adonica Shaw!
Rebase is an inclusive tech event for coders and builders of new technology.
Rebase provides the community an opportunity to come together, learn from industry champions, exchange with one another while walking away with new insights and valuable information to lead in the tech industry.
Rebase's second event is a seminar on mental health in high stakes tech careers at the Tech901 space in Crosstown Concourse. It will be followed by an after-gathering networking event at Crosstown Brewing Company. The goal is to elevate the tech community, open opportunities for learning among developers, coders, and builders of technology, and to build new relationships to further grow of the tech industry and the community at large. While the first event has a bend toward mental and emotional health, future topics will come from speakers who are experts in a variety of fields and technologies. All technologists and coders from every background will feel welcome.
