Please join us for a 3 hour Continuing Ed course for licensed Real Estate agents and Brokers to discuss requirements for appraisals and secondary market guidelines. After completing the course, agents and brokers should have a better understanding of the guidelines and appraisals in general for both Conventional and Government loans.
