Real Talk with Stephanie Alamond, LMSW

This interactive workshop helps teens (14-17 years old) develop essential communication skills for everyday life.From managing conflicts with friends, to speaking up in class, to handling tough conversations with parents or teachers, participants will learn how to express themselves clearly, listen actively, and navigate challenging conversations with confidence. Through real-world scenarios, role-playing, and group discussions, teens will gain tools for assertive communication, conflict resolution, and building stronger relationships in a way that feels authentic to them.
