“You can’t heal what you hide.”Real Talk Collective is a safe and sacred space for women who are ready to step out of silence, shame, and secrecy — and into truth, freedom, and healing.
Hosted by Touch No More Ministry, this 6-week online group experience is designed to support women who have experienced trauma, abuse, or brokenness. Through biblical truth, real conversations, and a judgment-free environment, participants will engage in guided reflection, community support, and personal growth.
💡 What to Expect:
Each 60-minute session includes:
- Opening prayer and devotion
- Group discussion on weekly topics
- Emotional processing and self-awareness tools
- Journaling and scripture-based reflection
- Confidential breakout groups and support
- Encouragement, connection, and prayer
🧠 Weekly Topics:
- Receive – Understanding the Impact of Silence
- Reveal – The Power of Truth-Telling
- Reflect– Self-Reflection & Growth
- Release – Letting go of burdens, guilt, shame, and false responsibility
- Relaunch– Empowerment and Moving Forward

- Attendance: Participants may miss no more than two sessions
- Video On: Required for safety and community connection
- Confidentiality: What’s shared in the group stays in the group
- Materials: A downloadable Real Talk Workbook will be provided
- Cost: Free (donations accepted to support Touch No More Ministry)
