Join us to learn how Arleen Garza made the switch from her banking corporate career to running her own real estate investment company. She'll cover her journey and steps to get into multifamily investing, but also discuss strategic advice on how to successfully scale from a solopreneur to running a vertically integrated multi-million dollar real estate business.

Starting with her first deal in 2012, Arleen and her husband went from owning and managing a 24-unit property to scaling REEP Equity into a business that has bought, sold and managed over $720MM in multifamily assets with over 5,550 units across San Antonio, Houston and Austin. They are also vertically integrated with their own in-house management company.
