Get a head start for a smooth transition or transfer to college. Create your Goals-Plans-Actions (GPA) College Roadmap to help you navigate the college entrance process, build learning skills, and connect with support services.

Please note: This class is designed for high school students graduating in 2025 or 2026, and students in community college who plan to transition to a university. The class will take place in person at the Schwab Learning Center at CHC in Palo Alto.
