Do in-person attendees need to bring a copy of their registration or ticket?

Accepted Answer

No need! AGA Atlanta will track registrations and in-person attendees will need to check in at our registration table upon arrival.

Question 2

How do I access the event virtually?

Accepted Answer

AGA Atlanta hosts virtual events using Zoom and Conferences i.o. A personalized link to the event is sent to all attendees after registration. Virtual attendees will access the event through our Conferences i.o event page. This can be accessed using any device.

Question 3

Can I share my virtual event link?

Accepted Answer

We ask that you don't share your personalized event link. AGA Atlanta believes it provides a valuable service to its members by providing quarterly CPE opportunities and prides itself on offering them at a reasonable price. Please encourage your colleagues to purchase a ticket.

What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Because of the electronic registration process, AGA Atlanta has updated its event refund policy. All attendees can receive a partial refund (the registration less any fees) up until two days before the event.  However, no refunds will be issued if you cancel within 48 hours of the event.

Will tickets be sold at the door?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, due to limited space, in order to attend in-person, you will need to register prior to the event. In-person registration will close on March 14, 2024 at 11:30pm EST.
