1332 Metropolitan Parkway Southwest Atlanta, GA 30310Eco-Action, in partnership with Emory University, Spellman College, and the West Atlanta Watershed Alliance, are hosting the monthly meetings for the R.E.A.C.H. Atlanta program. During this meeting, participants will learn and discuss the following: background on climate change and how it is affecting Atlanta communities; Impacts of climate change on health; assessing climate vulnerability of the communities; strategies for resilience; strategies for adaptation; reflecting on cumulative vulnerability; developing strategies for community action and policy change.
Program participants (community members) will receive a stipend for their attendance. Please note registration is required for eligibility of a stipend.
