Who Can Attend RE_Summit?

RE_Summit is specifically for high school boys (8th–12th grade). They can come alone, with friends, or as part of a church or school group. Small groups are a key part of the day, and we encourage youth leaders to bring their group and serve as leaders.

What Time Does RE_Summit Begin and End?

Check-in begins at 8:30 AM on Saturday morning and the event officially starts at 9:00 AM and concludes at 7:00 PM.

Are Any Meals or Snacks Provided?

Yes! You will not go hungry at RE_Summit! Your registration includes three snack breaks and lunch. Bottled water will also be available throughout the day at no cost.

What if I have food allergies?

We are not able to accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions. If you have any food sensitivities, we recommend bringing your own food to ensure you have what you need.

What Should I Wear?

Wear whatever you’re comfortable in—there’s a lot of moving around during the day! Athletic wear, jeans, or casual clothes are all great options.

Can I Leave and Re-Enter the Event?

No, once you leave, re-entry will not be permitted to ensure safety and a continuous experience for all attendees.

Only if you’d like to shop! RE_Ministry merchandise will be available for purchase, along with a couple of other vendors offering exclusive products.

Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds and tickets cannot be transferred to someone else.

Yes! The Fielder Church - South Oaks is fully accessible for individuals with mobility needs. If you require any special accommodations, please email info@reministry.com ahead of time, and we’ll do our best to assist.

Will Photos or Videos Be Taken During the Event?

Yes, we will have photographers and videographers capturing moments throughout the day. By attending, you consent to having your photo or video taken and potentially used for future RE_Ministry promotional purposes.

Is There a Lost and Found?

Yes! If you misplace an item during the event, head to the information booth located near the main entrance. Unclaimed items will be held until the end of the event.
