Every January, the world starts setting intentions and goals for the year to come. By the end of February, for the most part, these goals &amp; manifestations have been forgotten or shrugged to the side. Within this workshop, we will work with you to RE-cultivate, RE-manifest, and RE-root any intentions you started 2022 with.

This will be an intention RE-setting workshop with journaling, breath-work, gentle yoga (all levels welcome), and finally ending the afternoon with a crystal bowl sound bath to help wash away anything standing in the way of your desires.

Spaces are limited. Pre-registration is not required, but greatly appreciated. Walk-ins on the day of will be first come first serve.
