The National Association for the Advancement of Returning Citizens (NAARC) presents, the Community Assisted Reentry Program (CARP), whose mission is to improve the quality of life for Returning Citizens, their families, and communities by providing practical, compassionate, and needs-based support through case management and restorative programming.

With this program, the parent company, NAARC seeks to provide communities and families with not just more opportunities to thrive once returning home, but ones that allow for collaboration which ensures the programs meet the true needs of their clients.

CARP is a program dedicated to helping Returning Citizens successfully reenter society by providing case management, fast-track referrals, and restorative group sessions. The implementation of this program will aid to reduce recidivism and improve fiscal savings and public safety.
