Join the team from Il Posto, Chef Andrea Frizzi with Chef de Cuisine Chase Carlson, at Altius Farms on Thursday, August 8 for a raw dinner using ingredients sourced from the local farm. The outdoor dining experience will highlight the freshest ingredients showcased in an Italian raw format (not vegan). Enjoy four courses for $75 or $100 with wine pairing by Sommelier Tony Lima. The Spritz Reception begins at 6:30 p.m. with dinner seating at 7:30 p.m.During the Spritz Reception, from 6:30 until 7:30, Altius Farms welcomes attendees upstairs for a donation-based tour of their greenhouse. All will have the opportunity to walk the farm with glass in hand, to learn about this superior growing technology and to see the greens they’ll later eat, growing high above the farm table. Altius Farms houses 340 aeroponic Tower Gardens™ bursting with bright, vibrant, non-GMO greens, herbs and edible flowers. On any given day, Altius is growing more than 34,000 plants and produces over 50,000 pounds of farm fresh produce for the Denver community.
