Raw deserts are as delicious as they are nutritious! Come learn how to make a simple raw chocolate fudge with bee pollen and sea salt, raw macaroons, and key lime pie! All easy and healthy! This will be a hands on, taste-as-we-go sweet way to get comfy with confections! 
We will make chocolate bee pollen fudge, macaroons, key lime pie, and carrot cake with chai frosting!
About Pam:
Pam has called both Vancouver and San Francisco home and her international, innovative, healthful culinary style reflects these dynamic cites. With over 10 years in the Natural Products Industry with some of the best companies as well as a certification in Nutrition and Herbal Medicine, Pam has much to share in the kitchen where she happily turns healthy work into memorable play.
