Join us for a rock'n weekend of music and yoga in the epic land of Mount Sequoyah in Fayetteville ( Fayettechilllll), AR, USA. It's the end of summer and time to embrace the Fall.

All levels of yoga and music savy welcome. We will rock your world and serenade your yoga.

Expect breathwork, music inspired flows, live music, crystal sound baths, tribal sound baths, op's to dress up (in costume) for yoga, chef curated meals with the revered Hannah Bell, a fun after retreat experience in Fayetteville.
