Rapid Release Breathwork with Jessica Noel

This type of breathwork will help you to rapidly release emotions and limiting beliefs stored in your body and subconscious, which will help you to raise your vibration/frequency quickly and begin to experience more peace, ease, and new spiritual experiences.
This group is similar to somatic release breathwork, but includes energy clearing, healing, immersion in high frequency throughout, and a different breathing style at the end. We have had profound experiences in this group-please plan to try it out! The first several classes will be donation based. Suggested range: $30-$40, but all love offerings will be accepted.
