Resilience Advocacy Project (RAP) trains New York's young people to lead the way in achieving social and economic justice for themselves and their communities by helping them navigate and then transform the policy and law that impacts them every day.

We have a LOT to celebrate this summer and hope you will join us!
Thanks to our incredibly generous supporters, we had a productive summer here at RAP, with a full house of six interns from across the city!
This group of young leaders from Futures and Options and the NYC Summer Youth Employment Program:
<UL>
<LI>translated RAP's YouthLEAP curriculum into Spanish;</LI>
<LI>developed an alumni program to keep RAP youth connected;</LI>
<LI>researched and drafted a report on the results of our eight-year young fatherhood initiative;</LI>
<LI>updated all of the laws, statistics and recommendations in our YouthLEAP curriculum;</LI>
<LI>created visual reports of our financials for board and end-of-year reporting; and</LI>
<LI>put together an up-to-date resource guide for our youth that need direct services.</LI>
</UL>
We would be honored if you attended our end-of-summer open house, where you will meet RAP staff, hear our interns share their projects and engage in some fun games over finger food, drinks and dessert!
