We're taking on the ramen craze with a four-course dinner, giving you a variety of flavors in the ramen world! Reserve your seats while they last.
Menu includes:
Amuse SHRIMP CAKE Cucumber, peanut relish
First Course TONKOTSU Hajiki seaweed, pork belly, sweet corn, fortified with garlic paste and togarashi spice
Second Course RED CURRY Fish cake, bamboo shoots, daikon, green onions, chopped egg
Third Course SHIRO SHOYU MISO Kimchi, smoked applewood pork, katsuobushi oil, soft egg
Fourth Course SPICY SEAFOOD White fish, shrimp, udon noodles, cabbage in a spice-spiked tonkotsu broth
Dessert MATCHA TEA PANCAKES Blueberry sauce and strawberries
