The Rainbow Support Circle provides a nurturing environment for LGBTQIA+/MVPFAFF individuals to explore various mental health topics within a welcoming and empowering group setting, fostering mental well-being through open discussions and mutual understanding. We strive to create a safe space where folks can share their experiences and receive the support they need to navigate their mental health journey with confidence.About this month's session:Here in this session, we'll discuss the challenges of navigating our mental health as a queer individual.FREE Session, RSVP required. Small group limited to 10 participants per month.A waiver will be provided for signature upon arrival to participatge in the Rainbow Support Circle session.
