Rainbow DisruptCon 2024 is coming to Los Angeles! Built to educate, empower and engage, this two day conference offers participants an opportunity to unite with other LGBTQIA2S+ professionals across dozens of industries and seniority levels for an unforgettable lineup of informative and interactive programming. The two-days of Rainbow DisruptCon programming will include:

• Rainbow DisruptCon Conference - keynotes, panels, and breakout sessions with LGBTQIA+ leaders in business, sports, media and government.
• LGBTQ+ Music and Comedy Show - an evening talent showcase featuring performances from award-winning LGBTQ+ artists.
• Rainbow Tie Gala and Awards - a friday evening celebration to recognize individuals and organzations that are leading the charge to advance equity for the LGBTQIA+ community in and outside of the workplace. Tickets for this event are open to the community and can be purchased individually without a ticket to the daytime conference program.
