Bodies and Beats is an artist collective, featuring the art work of world renowned body painting artists, talented DJ’s that will make your booty shake and performing artists of all kinds! Our mission is to throw events that dazzle your eyes with beautiful art and get you dancing. We love to body paint on attendees at our parties, making everyone feel connected, creative and a part of the art. All of our body painters, DJ’s, and movement artists are available for hire. We love to create innovation that will spice up any event and leave it the talk of the town!

Body painting dance parties where everyone has a chance to get painted! Bodies and Beats is a collective of body painters, dancers, DJ's and other performing artists that create truly immersive events where everyone has an opportunity be art!

Some door tickets will be available based on event capacity.

Come join us for “Rainbow Bright'' a rainbow themed black light body painting dance party in honor of pride month! Situated in the funky cool Ziggy Hotel in West Hollywood, the perfect venue and location for this Queer friendly extravaganza, you’ll find a crew of LA’s most talented body painters available to paint on you! Bodies &amp; Beats is a collective of body painters, body paint models and DJ’s who come together every few months to delight your eyes with full body painted models and to offer you an opportunity to become a living work of art and dance dance dance! This is a body positive event, with an emphasis on freedom of expression. If you love costumes, this is the party for you! Don’t forget to leave some room in your costume for face or body paint, because that’s what we do! Not sure what to wear, have our artists paint on you and boom you fit right in! A medium sized face or body painting is included with your tickets to our party, tips are accepted, but not required for your first piece of body painting art. Have you ever been to a party where everyone gets painted on? If not, here are a few body painting party tips and tricks for you: Body Painting Tips &amp; Tricks <ol><li>Check out the fabulous artists.</li></ol> <ol><li>Hop in line for your favorite artist.</li></ol> <ol><li>1 medium sized body painting is included. Tips are accepted, but not required for your 1st art piece.</li></ol> <ol><li>Medium means…your face, an arm, a part of a leg, a chest, etc. not your whole body!</li></ol> <ol><li>If you would like additional art from additional artists, tips are required.</li></ol> <ol><li>If you would like a larger piece of body art, your whole body, your whole upper body, your face and your leg etc. etc. You must tip your artist. Please ask your artist what is the appropriate tip for the art you desire!</li></ol> <ol><li>You must wear pasties over nipples if you are female (it’s silly, we know, but this is a public venue).</li></ol> <ol><li>You must wear underwear and cover your genitals at all times!</li></ol> Our DJ line up for this one features DJ Bumps 9-10:30pm, DJ criZkit 10:30pm-12am and DJ Liquorbox 12-2am.&nbsp;This venue has limited parking, including a lot across the street and various lots on Sunset Blvd. We recommend car pooling, Uber or Lyft and if you’d like to just stay all night at the Hotel Ziggy and not have to leave at all get yourself a room and valet will be included.&nbsp; Most of all let’s get ready to celebrate all the vibrant colors of the rainbow!
