In the Rage Release workshop you will be taking turns with fellow survivors to RAGE, you have permission to break things, throw things, yell and get it out. You will be with a community of fellow survivors and a host of STAND ASA who is trauma informed.
Please note that this location is secluded in a wooded area and there is no restroom.
What to bring/wear: You must wear closed toed shoes, long pants, and long sleeve shirt. You may bring a water bottle if you wish.
