An illustrated online radio play that draws inspiration from and commemorates the Great East Japan Earthquake and Disaster of 2011.

Radio Imagination is an online atmospheric and philosophical radio drama, brought to life through illustration, original composition and voiceover. The story and characters are inspired and adapted from Seiko Ito's hit novel in Japan, Radio Imagination, which was written in the wake of the Great East Japan Earthquake and Disaster of 11th March 2011.

We follow the story of DJ Ark - a man who has mysteriously begun to broadcast his radio show from the top branches of a cedar tree in a coastal town in Japan that has recently been hit by a catastrophic earthquake and tsunami in 2011. Calls and emails from listeners come in from the past, present and immediate future as DJ Ark recounts tales for us of his own life on earth.For the first time in the English language, and as a web experience, you can listen to the story unfold at your own pace, any time and any where with the power of the internet and your imagination. You can access Radio Imagination via your smartphone, your computer or other electronic devices.

Total Duration is approximately 2.5 hours.Language: EnglishSubtitles &amp; Instructions: English, JapaneseA digital device is required, such as a smartphone, tablet, or PC with internet connection. If you would like to use a smartphone or tablet, we recommend iPhoneX or later, Android 8 or later, 	iPadOS 13.1 or higher. The experience will work both on touch screens or navigating on a desktop with a mouse. We recommend earphones/headphones or speakers for the full experience. The whole experience includes subtitles in both English and Japanese, if desired or required.<h3>Radio Imagination is accessed via a password protected website link. After booking, you will receive the website link, along with your unique user ID and password. Unique access information will be created and sent each Wednesday and Saturday during convenient working hours Japan time.</h3><h3>For bookings made from Saturday to Tuesday, access information will be sent by Wednesday of the same week. For bookings made from Wednesday to Friday, access information will be sent by Saturday of the same week. </h3>If you have not received the additional information above within a week of booking, you will be able to contact us via email. We are able to assist in both English and Japanese.We are operating as a small team along with other commitments and so we appreciate your patience and understanding!Note: The experience will use online data - about 110MB for the entire experience. Using unlimited wi-fi is recommended.
