Overview

Join us on a walking tour exploring Stirling's Radical past

Stirling is not a city known for its radical past, instead its history is one of kings, queens and slave traders. This tour will look beyond that and explore 500 years of Stirling's radical, working class history. Learn about individuals past and present who struggled, fought, and even gave their lives for their cause.

Time and Distance: The tour will begin at 13.00 from the Robert the Bruce statue in the Stirling Castle car park and will last for aproximately 1 hour 30 minutes. All tour stops are a short walking distance, and a total walking distance of 1.5km.

Accessibilty: Owing to Striling's medieval architecture, the tour does involve some steep slopes, stairs and uneven cobbled surfaces. Please contact us about any accesibilty enquires or concerns.
