Radical Self-Acceptance for Women is designed for all self-identifying women. Mentors, mothers, yoga and movement teachers, youth leaders and coaches are encouraged to attend. EMBODY LOVE WORKSHOPS are transformational workshops that take participants on a journey toward radical self-acceptance. This workshop will lead participants through an embodied journey that changes the way they see and treat themselves and each other. The combination of deep stretching, experiential exercises, and reflection will create a safe container for emotional expression, expose media myths, change the conversation from criticism to kindness, and teach self-worth and purpose. Participants will explore their internalized beliefs about beauty and self-worth and will learn the tools to release negative beliefs in order to see themselves as purposeful, worthy and empowered. Interactive exercises include: * Dismantling the female “beauty myth”* Changing the conversation from criticism to kindness* Embodied deep stretching experience* Committing to being kind to ourselves, and therefore each other* Seeing and experiencing ourselves as worthy and beautiful, inside and out* Recognizing our contributions through conscious activism and community engagement
