Deepen compassion hearing and healing the cry within yourself and others.  And discern concrete actions to put that compassion into action!

Building on the foundation we laid in Level 1, Radical Compassion-Level 2 is designed to help you continue to develop skills for self-compassion and then begin to use those same skills for caring for those you love.Join us as we dive deeper through mindful guided meditations, teaching, storytelling, and meaningful personal sharing.You'll experience:<ul><li>"Exceedingly doable" tools: Practical, everyday practices to cultivate deep self-acceptance, self-awareness, and self-healing.</li><li>Actionable strategies: A proven framework for figuring out what self-compassion looks like and how to "do" it when you need it most.</li><li>Practice using the same tools to extend compassion to those you love and those you find difficult.</li><li>Preparation for Level 3: Mastering these inner practices is the vital stepping stone to Level 3, where we will use these same tools to cultivate compassion and discern appropriate compassionate action towards to those who offend us or have hurt us and to discern compassionate action to care for the marginalized in our communities.</li></ul>The details:<ul><li>When: Tuesdays — April 21, April 28, May 5, and May 12</li><li>Time: 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM PT | 8:30 PM – 10:30 PM CT</li><li>0.8 CEUs (8 contact hours) are available for this series</li><li>Co-sponsored by BELOVED Compassion Network and The Center for Engaged Compassion</li></ul>

<h4>Pricing</h4>This course is offered on a sliding scale of $100-200 per person. Following the concept of GracEconomics, we invite you to contribute what you can to support this program. Those who contribute at a higher level make it possible for others to participate at the level they can afford.A limited number of scholarships are available, up to 50% off the course fee.
