Radiant Reflection: Mirror Magic

The workshop will start off by a brief explanation of how my relationship with self-love and self-esteem has developed over the years. How I went from insecure to confident and have continued to nurture that confidence. I created this mirror practice to continue nurturing my confidence, my soul radiance. I truly feel it has rewired my brain and how I carry myself.

We will be using mirrors to look at ourselves (there are optional hand motions as well) and use positive affirmations.

A practice you can take home with you and use everyday, or as you please. I will have a handout available to take with you.

It may sound scary, but you will have plenty of space to focus on yourself along with my support. This is the first workshop I'm ever leading so I am right there with you all on the nerves!
