This will be a magical night filled with sound, breathe, meditation, movement & intention that will guide you to let go of the unnecessary and open your hands and your heart to receive in the upcoming summer solstice.

• Release through the gentle sounds of She, the beautiful gong, in a cleansing sound bath shared by Dawn Schroeder, creator of Schroasis
• Move in a renewing way where we will breathe, move & meditate together to connect with our bodies to let our radiance shine within
• Unlock our creativity by designing our own intention cards will stir our creative minds and our intentions that live in our hearts and in our dreams

Enjoy social hour in the Fuller House and beautiful grounds surrounding the house with light bites and refreshing summer inspired drinks provided by the fabulous Well Done Catering.

Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes you can move easily in.
