Is this an outdoor event, should I bring seating?

Yes, this is an outdoor event! There are bleachers on site but feel free to bring a blanket or lawn chairs, for your comfort!

What if it rains?

There will be no refund for rain, as we cannot control the weather. However, the Hoots bar will accommodate 500+ people if we must relocate the entertainment indoors. We will do everything in our power to make the best of any bad weather situation.

Can we bring coolers or outside food?

No. We will not allow any coolers, outside food or drinks. We will have multiple bars and food vendors on site.

Will there be a charge for parking?

No parking will be free.
