Hogg</A> is professor of Physics and Data Science at New York University, and also works at the Max-Planck-Institute for Astronomy in Heidelberg, Germany, and the Flatiron Institute of the Simons Foundation in New York City. He is an astrophysicist interested in making precise and reliable measurements of planets around other stars, the Milky Way galaxy, and the Universe as a whole.
