This evening is created by Covid Safe Colorado x orcaboi in honor of Pride Month and the role that Covid awareness, community health, and embodied practices play within queer life.

Expect light movement cues, breathwork, guided meditative offerings, and reflective discussion.
Prepare your space according to your accessiblity needs. Laying in bed or on a couch is also welcome.
Some suggestions to have a yoga matt / blanket / props / pillows etc. Consider intentionally preparing setting with items / scents / beverages / snacks.
Encouraged to have cameras on; cameras off is allowed for those who need.

Covid Safe Colorado is a mutual aid mask distribution and advocacy group on occupied Arapaho, Cheyenne, and Ute territory. We are queer and trans led, and we are made up of people who are neurodivergent, autistic, disabled, chronically ill, ace/aro, parents, partnered, single, on or waiting to get on disability, students, self-employed, and employed full-time.
Orca Crow (orcaboi) is a Covid aware embodiment facilitator informed by lineages of science, yoga, tarot, and non-dualistic mysticism. Raised like a tumbelweed across North America, Orca has often found a sense of home within the elements, the outcast, strange, and wild. They carry a toolset of a diverse life experiences that informs various aspects of their work as a DJ, writer, collage artist, and experiential curator.
