Alles gut, ich treffe dich als Anfänger*in dort, wo du gerade bist, vertraue dir: Das Queer-Yoga ist ein Safe Space für alle; Akzeptanz, Respekt und Offenheit sind die Basis jeder meiner Yogastunden. Beim Queer-Yoga üben wir Körperhaltungen (sogenannte Asanas), Atemübungen (Pranayama) und Entspannungstechniken.Mitzubringen sind lediglich eine eigene Yogamatte, Wasser, und bequeme Kleidung. Und natürlich die Begeisterung, Neues auszuprobieren oder bereits Gelerntes anzuwenden!Eintritt: freie Spenden, 50% davon kommt der Queer Base zugute (<a href="https://www.queerbase.at" title="https://www.queerbase.at" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">https://www.queerbase.at</a>). Die Spenden werden am selben Tag vor Ort gesammelt.
