Formerly What Cheer Writers Club, LitArts RI  is a 501c3 nonprofit that offers community events, coworking, and rental space to RI makers of the written, spoken, and illustrated word.

Join LitArts RI in a celebration of LGBTQQIA+ voices at a Queer Writers Showcase from 3-5pm at Haus of Codec x Juicy Market PVD’s June 16 Art Marketplace outside Black Sheep in downtown Providence. Rhode Island writers who identify as LGBTQQIA+ will be reading stories, essays and poetry written out of the queer experience. Hosted by facilitator of the Queer Writers Group, JD Scott. About our PartnerAn organization committed to ensuring an end to transition-aged youth homelessness in Providence through the arts and workforce development, <a href="https://www.hausofcodec.org/" title="https://www.hausofcodec.org/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Haus of Codec</a> hosts monthly LGBTQIA+ Artisan Marketplaces and Resource Fairs in Providence.
